My homemade blueberry pancakes at 6 am are what I call "the best wake-me-up". The recipe I have conjured up is just spectacular; it is where the Ritz-Carlton's blueberry muffin recipe meets First-Watch's whole wheat blueberry pancakes. Oh, what a meet Queue! Now that your mind is full of thoughts of yummy goodness, let us get down to business. Someone has pressed the relocation go button, and we are off to the races.

For us, our fourth relocation journey was in the middle of a pandemic. But the show must go on. My husband had begun his new position, and we are about three weeks in, it was time for me to hit the ground running. First item on my list was to reach out and schedule an appointment with the relocation coordinator appointed to us via my husband's company. Once that email was sent within thirty minutes of that email correspondence, two real estate agents reached out to come and assess our home for sale and send their findings to our relocation coordinator. From my experience with relocations, the chain of events usually does not happen in this order. Taking into account we are competing with the complications of the Covid-19 pandemic, my expectations for this relocation to be similar to the other three is unfair.
